At Jaipur Fabric, we are committed to providing excellent customer service. Due to an increase in online scams, we have implemented strict protocols to ensure a smooth and transparent process for our customers. Kindly cooperate and adhere to the following updated guidelines:

Key Guidelines

Order Confirmation

  • Once your order is confirmed, changes to customization or the delivery address are not possible.

  • Kindly double-check all details (size, color, design, address, etc.) before placing your order.

Data Privacy & Security

  • Please do not share your personal details, especially OTPs, with anyone.

  • Your data privacy and security are our top priorities, and we will never ask for sensitive information like OTPs.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure transparency and a hassle-free resolution for any issues, making a complete unboxing video of the parcel is mandatory.

Important Instructions:

  1. The video must start from showing the shipping label on the parcel (clearly showing your order details).

  2. The video should capture the entire process of opening the package from start to finish.

  3. No cuts, edits, pauses, or interruptions are allowed in the video.

  4. If there is a defect, damage, or any fault in the product, it must be clearly visible in the video.

Claims for refunds or replacements will not be entertained without a full, unedited unboxing video.

Return Conditions

Clothing Category

  • Returns for the clothing category are not accepted, except in cases where the item received is defective or damaged.

  • For such cases, customers must provide a complete unboxing video as per the guidelines above.

Item Condition

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition. No returns for worn, washed, used, or altered items.

Non-Defect Issues

  • Style/design preferences, bleeding/rubbing of vegetable dyes, and minor stitching issues are not considered defects.

Color Variations

  • Minor color variations (up to 10%) are normal due to photographic settings and screen displays and are not eligible for return.

Return Charges

  • Standard Items: Rs 99/- per product for returns not due to quality defects.

  • Quilts & Comforters: Rs 159/- per product.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items and international orders cannot be returned.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds

  • The refund process begins within 24-48 hours after our Quality Check Team approves the return.

  • Refunds are credited as a wallet credit note (valid for 1 year) or via bank transfer/UPI.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for like-new items, with the customer bearing the return shipping costs.

Sending the Product Back

Reverse Pickup

  • We will organize the reverse pickup for you. Once approved, we’ll issue a refund minus the shipping fee. This process takes 7-14 days.

Self-Shipment

  • If reverse pickup isn't available, you must ship the item back within 7 days to:
